About this deal

Imagine the original base of pink sugar combined with florals - that floral being an Angel Trumpet bloom. When I was a child I ADORED the Juice Bar cotton candy body spray at Eckards/CVS- and if Pink Sugar's top notes had a baby sister, it's that stuff.

Read about this perfume in other languages: Deutsch, Español, Français, Čeština, Italiano, Русский, Polski, Português, Ελληνικά, 汉语, Nederlands, Srpski, Română, العربية, Українська, Монгол, עברית. with the first fresh spray the alcohol and the licorice smell is definitely strong, but as it settles i don't feel like it's overpowering but it's noticeable until you give it some time.It just caramelizes with my chemistry in this warm weather and makes this cloud of sweet baked florals sunshine and sweets.

Closer to being dried down I could smell the berries and after it’s was newly dried down the pepper, vanilla and sugar started to shine through. The notes here all come out at once, not gradually, hence my description of the madness in the first paragraph. I don't smell almost any heavy alcoholic smell from Soft, it's very well blended with a nice citrusy smell even for the first seconds after spraying. This is one of my favorite perfumes and everyone loves it as well, sometimes i just spray it around because i miss the smell, i love her. I got it still sealed in plastic in it's original package, but the color of the juice is darker than what most of the photos online look like.

I did get a little bit of that *ping* of a headache when I first smelt it, that usually happens when yellow floral notes hit my skin, I did expect more coconut, and possibly more of the caramel to stand out, but it didn't have that element which I have to admit I was actually glad, but once the sugary/yellow floral notes die down a bit, it is nice, it smells exotic and feminine, and also a bit more of higher end perfume, the monoi starts to come out to play as well as the tiare. I have been going through a nostalgic phase and wanted to regress back to my teenage days of VS Pink body sprays and sweet scents. I usually go nose-blind to my perfume within an hour or two of putting it on, but it doesn't happen with this. combo this with scents that could use a bump by some heavy sweetness or something spicy and anise-y to bring out the licorice. Pink Sugar cost me about 14 euros for 100ml, Soft was 7 euro for 35ml (which would be 19,5 euros for 100 ml) - both are pretty cheap.
